Social Distancing Layouts
Herewith 8 possible layouts to achieve COVID-19 social distancing.
The first 6 were prepared in August 2020 before many of the current rules were defined. However, they can be used to envisage some possible event arrangements. It would almost certainly be necessary to miss out one or two of the proposed positions to maintain clear access, but that will depend on the nature of the event.
These 6 drawings make use of the following available furniture:
124 Chairs and chairs with arms in Main Hall, Club Room and Coffee Room
18 Square rigid tables in Main Hall and Club Room
7 Large rectangular folding tables in Store
4 Small rectangular folding tables in Store
The final drawing shows an arrangement to cope with the newer rule-of-six by setting out tables to cope with groups of six people with a full 2 metre spacing between the groups
